How does the quote work?
You call me or send me a photo on WhatsApp. I send back a detailed quote in under 5 minutes. You accept it, or you don't, no pressure. The quote is free, and the call-out is on me until you've signed off.
Do you really work at night?
Yes, really. 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, including Sundays and public holidays. A door slammed shut at 3 a.m. is exactly when you need me.
How fast do you arrive?
30 minutes on average across Avignon and 40 km around it. If I'm on another job, I tell you straight away and give you a precise arrival time.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card (mobile terminal), cash, bank transfer, cheque. The invoice is emailed to you right after, valid for your insurance claim.
Will my insurance cover it?
Most home insurance policies cover door unlocking, lock replacement after a break-in, and securing the property. I provide a detailed invoice and all the supporting documents you need. I'm approved by the main insurance companies.
