When to call me for security door installation?
You are renovating your entrance, you have just signed a property purchase, or your building now requires an A2P certification on the landing door unit. I fully remove your current door and fit a new armoured door unit, A2P-certified BP1, BP2 or BP3 depending on the level you are after: BP1 resists a tooled-up burglar for five minutes, BP2 ten minutes, BP3 fifteen. I work with the professional references recognised in the trade — Fichet, Picard, Tordjman, Heracles — and I guide you towards the brand and model suited to your home, your floor and your budget. On the premium ranges, you also gain in sound and thermal insulation. Security and peace of mind, in the same move.
How I work
It all starts with an on-site survey: frame dimensions to the millimetre, opening direction, condition of the frame, landing constraints. Together we choose the interior and exterior finish (oak, anthracite, white, building-specific panel) and the A2P level. I order the made-to-measure unit from the manufacturer: allow 4 to 6 weeks for fabrication. On the day, I remove the old unit, fit the new one with anchors plugged into the masonry, adjust the locking points, hand you the keys and the ownership card (essential for cutting duplicates of patented keys). I also pass on the installation declaration for you to keep for your insurance.
