The data collected via the quote form is used only to get back to you about your service request. It is neither sold on nor used for commercial or advertising purposes.
Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (article 6.1.b of the GDPR).

- Email (optional)
- Address of the work
- Description of your need and any photos (stored on Vercel Blob)
Retention period
3 years after the last contact for commercial and warranty purposes. Beyond that: automatic deletion. Accounting records linked to an invoiced job are kept for 10 years in accordance with article L.123-22 of the French Commercial Code.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, object to, delete, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to csserrurier84@gmail.com.
If the response is unsatisfactory, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority).

Transfers outside the European Union
Some sub-processors (Vercel) are based in the United States. Data transfers to these sub-processors are governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, ensuring a level of protection equivalent to that required by the GDPR.
Cookies
The site does not use third-party advertising tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics works first-party, without personal identification and without a persistent cookie requiring prior consent.
The French version is legally binding.
