When to call me for door unlocking?

That is what people call me for. In most cases, I open without touching the door: lock picking, bumping, or the right tool depending on the make of the lock. When the cylinder allows it, you keep the same key, the same lock, and no one will ever know I was there.
How I work
On the phone, I ask you for the brand visible on the cylinder and a WhatsApp photo of the lock if you can send one. That already tells me whether I will pick it, whether I bring along a replacement cylinder, or whether we are dealing with an A2P lock that calls for a different approach. I arrive within 30 minutes, I work standing in front of the door, without a drill as long as it can be avoided. Once it is open, I test the lock several times with you, and I tell you honestly whether the mechanism will hold or whether a replacement should be planned.
